Though most following my Live It NOT Diet! plan understand that importance of meat (and making it mandatory at main meals), many are underconsuming non-muscle meats (or "the odd bits"). Not only making them susceptible to vitamin A deficiency - because of a lack of organ meats (and more specifically liver) - but causing an imbalance in amino acids - because of a lack of proline- and glycine-rich collagen that comes from bones, tendons, and ligaments.
